HER LULLABY

Everyday is so wonderful. And, suddenly it's hard to breathe. Now and then, i get so insecure. From all the fame, I'm so ashamed. Trying to fill the emptiness, The piece is gone, the puzzle is undone. That's the way it is. She's getting out of bed at half past ten. She starts to comb her hair, just an ordinary day. She looks at the reflection off the wall and looking at the people passing her by. It could be you and an ordinary day that's hurting her...

Visited Institute of Mental Health (IMH Hospital) today!
It was my virgin trip there, and also the first time appearing at Hougang area.

Examples of Mood (Schizophrenia)

-- Sudden irritability, anger, hostility, suspiciousness, resentment
Y Depression- feeling discouraged and hopeless about the future
Y Low motivation, energy, and little or no enthusiasm
- -Suicidal thoughts or suicidal ideation ( I used to have such thoughts!)
-- Rapidly changing mood- from happy to sad to angry for no apparent reason (called labile mood)
Y Severe Anxiety

p.s It seemed like the symptoms are what I'm experiencing lately.
